I wash many homes all over Richmond and surrounding communities within approximately 50 miles. That’s hundreds of homes a year that range from historical to brand new builder homes and from small rental homes to multi-million dollar mansions. Dirt does not discriminate. All homes in the Richmond area like to grow mildew and algae on the siding and collect black dust on the windows and under the eaves. To have a clean exterior a home should be washed every third year. If the home is under tree cover or near water it may need cleaning more often.
For residential jobs I do not use high pressure. A soft gentle wash is used that is no stronger than a shower head. Some inexperienced home washers will use high pressure as well as chemicals that can kill grass and shrubbery. I use environmentally friendly cleaning solutions that do not harm plants, pets or people.
